EcoFlex

Alpha EcoFlex cable is classified as a continuous flex control cable and rated for more than million flex life cycles. This flexible cable features stranded tinned copper conductors, modified polyphenylene ether (mPPE) insulation, a slate, mPPE jacket, various shielding options and rated from -40°C to 105°C. This 100% recyclable cable meets UL AWM 21492 (300 V, 80°C), UL AWM 21819 (600 V, 105°C), CE and CSA AWM I/II A/B FT1 standards.

EcoFlex 600V Cable is 55% lighter and 32% smaller compared to PVC and offers constant flexibility for machines with a long flex life. This eco-friendly cable is RoHS, REACH and WEEE compliant and contains no heavy metals, phthalates, halogens or PVC. It also offers 91% lower outgassing. The Alpha EcoFlex Cable passes both the VW-1 and IEC 60332-2 Flame Behavior tests, which can resist the spread of fire during an emergency. Two more approvals include: ISO 10993-5 and rated for use in NFPA 79 applications.

Alpha EcoFlex Cable is available in the following configurations: Supra-Shield foil plus braid shielded multiconductor, braid shielded multiconductor and unshielded multiconductor.
