Belden's high-temperature EPDM Hook-Up Wires carry specific temperature approvals depending on whether a UL or CSA standard is needed. The UL standard is not rated for flexing, which allows it to carry a higher temperature rating of +150°C. The CSA flexing standard has a temperature rating of +125°C. These hook-up wires have approval for use in Class 130(B), 155(F), and some 180(H) systems. Compared to Hypalon, the EPDM in these hook-up wires offers better resistance to abrasion.
