SPT-1 Cable, SPT-2 Cord, and SP-1 Cable are parallel lamp cords. HPN is ideal for heater cord applications. These cables all have a voltage rating of 300V. However, HPN is suitable for use in applications up to 90°C while lamp cord is only suitable for temperatures not exceeding 60°C.
Our Belden SJTOW Cord has approval for use in outdoor applications. The SJTOW cable is water and oil-resistant. It features a Belflex premium PVC jacket that provides flexibility and durability beyond what is available with standard PVC.
Type STOW, SV, and SVT cable are also part of Allied Wire and Cable’s inventory of Belden portable cord. Types SV and SVT have 300V and 60°C ratings. STOW cable is a 600V, 105°C cable that passes the VW-1 flame test.
