UL 4535 Wire is a shielded silicone cable recommended for use in applications where high temperatures, UV light, and mechanical abuse rapidly cause other cables to deteriorate. It is suitable for use in foundries, steel mills, glass factories, baking equipment, burners, and heating and lighting systems. UL 4535 wire can also be used anywhere saltwater is present and high-temperature processes are utilized. An overall tinned copper shield is recommended whenever electrical interference distorts signal transmission or when EMI emissions need to be suppressed.
