MIL-DTL-24643/45 (LS2U, LS2UA)
The M24643/45 cable is a low-smoke, zero-halogen shipboard cable. It is suitable for non-watertight, non-flexing services. This Mil-Spec cable features stranded and paired tinned copper conductors, Cross-Linked Polyethylene (XLPE) insulation, and an LSZH cross-linked Polyolefin (XLPO) jacket. It also features an overall tinned copper braid shield. This cable is ideal for use in shipboard combat systems, interior communications, and lighting and power applications that do not exceed 300V. The Mil-DTL-24643 Mil-Spec covers cables suitable for use in shipboard, communications, instrumentation, and electronic applications.
